History

Bauru Dental School Graduate Programs were established on May 12, 1970, beginning with the Oral Rehabilitation, followed by the Stomatology Program on the same year. Other Graduate Programs were gradually introduced as follows:

Operative Dentistry (1972); Orthodontics (1973); Pediatric Dentistry (1975); Periodontics (1977 – 2002) Endodontics (1981); Pathology (1981); Biomaterials (1981); Dental Public Health (1999); Oral Biology (2003); Surgery (2014), Periodontics (2018).

On May 29, 2005, the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Graduate Program was implemented.

Since its implantation until May 2019, it has graduated 1835 MSc. and 904 PhD. students.
